Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens—illness and emergencies are sometimes unavoidable. However, to ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a £30 fee, which must be settled before rebooking any future appointments.

Refund Policy

At Laser Lounge Sidmouth, we do not offer refunds for treatments received or pre-paid treatment courses.

However, if you change your mind within 14 days of payment and have not yet used any sessions, we will happily offer an exchange for another treatment or provide a credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If you are medically advised to discontinue your treatment, a doctor’s medical record or report will be required, and any unused sessions will be refunded proportionally.
